GPEC 2008

In its first issue of 2008, Plastics News laid out its agenda for the industry. That article stated, "Sustainability is a key priority. Companies should keep the long-term health of the industry in mind as they make decisions about resource utilization, including material selection and energy use." Sustainability doesn't happen by accident. The plastics industry is becoming greener because of our commitment and innovation. Achievements in sustainability in recent years have been significant. The Global Plastics Environmental Conference (GPEC) is our opportunity to push that movement even further.
